What Is Pi?
Pi is a very old number that was used hundreads and thousands of years ago. It is an infinate number that we round to 3.1415926. The number pi never repeats a series of numbers. We use pi to find the area of a circle. We do this by multiplying 3.14 (pi) by the radius squared. Pi was created by the ancient Egyptians and Greek. Pi, is an irrational number wich means it can't be expressed as a fraction.
