The Jesuit College of La Fleche is a military managed school. It is located in the western part of France in the city of La Fleche. The school was once a castle built by the grandparents of King Henry IV. It was then turned into a college when king henry IV gave it to the jesuits. The jesuits were members of the Society of Jesus. The colleges mission was "to select and train the best minds of the time" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prytanee). Among the people that attended the school were Renee Descartes (famous mathematician), Claude Chappe (inventor of the telegraph), and Caroline Aigle (first woman fighter pilot).
